Our first ever Organic light roast offering is a delight from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee! This is a natural processed coffee where the seed spends a longer contact time drying inside the coffee cherry (fruit around it) once picked and before being de-pulped. Some naturals can be really furmenty and potent tasting but don't expect that with this one- it's a lot more subtle and smooth drinking. With taste notes of florals, peach, and cherry this delicious coffee will have you screamin' for summer to never end!
