Durant Trails Typhoon Swim Team ~ Medium Roast

We are back again and ready to make a splash with this years official Durant Trails Swim Team coffee! 

10% of this coffee's sales will go directly back to our local neighborhood's swim team program.

This season we are using a special natural processed coffee from Brazil roasted at the upper side of medium to emphasize its dark chocolatey notes along with a light touch of black cherry. This is not a super fruity coffee but rather one that just about everyone will enjoy and is friendly with nearly all brewing methods.

Legender Especial is a blend of coffees grown in the unique micro-regions of Machado, Poco Fundo and Campestre, located in Minas Gerais State, Brazil. Mlost coffee regions in Brazil are well known for large coffee plantations. Legender Especial goes in the opposite direction, consisting of small farms called "sitios". All lots are purchased directly from growers committed to quality, environmental sustainability and willing to provide detailed information about their sitios, harvesting methods, drying techniques and other relevant information about their coffee.
