This coffee is sustainably grown under the rare shade canopy of Haiti’s Blue Pine Forest by a cooperative known as APCAB. This group is made up of 680 growers, and their coffee is known for being smooth and creamy. The cooperative is paid roughly 300% higher wages than the Fair Trade minimum, not out of charity, but for having an exceptional product.
